WhereI'm coming from.
I've been an entrepreneur since 2007. North Rose started in 2015 with one client and no real playbook. A decade on, we've shipped work across four continents, survived three economic cycles, and watched digital marketing reinvent itself about six times. The thing that stuck is the operator mindset. Build the system, don't just talk about it.
Somewhere along the way the agency became a platform for products. Momentum for my own second brain. Clinics100X because our healthcare clients needed it. The MCPs because Claude was about to change how operators work and nobody else was building the tools for it.
